Here is a nice resource for some of that original literature that was around when your bus was new. A lot of these items I bought on Ebay and scanned for your enjoyment, then resold. Below are some of the oringal air conditioning and propane leaflets. The first pic is one page from a dealer brochure, concerning the a/c. The second is an insert for your owner's manual if you had a/c installed by the dealer. The dealer install instructions for the a/c are on the next page. The last 2 pics are of the original pamphlet for your propane stove, found in the late Westy deluxe bus.
